No Refunds
Online Courses and Programs
All purchases of online courses and programs are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the content, technical issues, or changes in personal circumstances.
Workshops and Webinars
All registrations for workshops and webinars are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, technical difficulties, or changes in personal circumstances.
In-Person Training
All enrollments for in-person training sessions are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, travel issues, or dissatisfaction with the training.
Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. In such cases, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Code First Academy. However, the decision to grant a refund is entirely at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
Process for Requesting an Exception
If you believe your situation warrants an exception to our no-refund policy, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email toinfo@codefirstacademy.com with the subject line “Refund Exception Request”. Include your full name, contact information, course/program name, and a detailed explanation of your circumstances.
Review: Our team will review your request and determine if an exception is warranted.
Response: We will respond to your request within 14 business days, informing you of our decision and any further actions required.
Transfer and Rescheduling Policy
While we do not offer refunds, we do allow transfers and rescheduling under certain conditions:
Transfers: You may transfer your enrollment to another individual for the same course or program. Please notify us at least 7 days before the start date of the course or program.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your enrollment to a future session of the same course or program, subject to availability. Please notify us at least 14 days before the start date of the original course or program.
Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and you are encouraged to review this policy periodically. Changes to this refund policy will become effective upon posting on this page.
